i will slowly translate the posts ...who knows, some interesting things might come up!
the reason for this blog about my grandfather ( from my mother's side) is that my sisters and me for about 3 years tried to find out about the history of the two porcelain sculputres my grandfather had left us. It was not possible- up to now- to find out how he had got them, as they were very rare pieces. We finally sold them through an auctionhouse in Vienna. ..but with a heavy heart. It would be interesting to know where they are now.
